- Bonsor was of a very hefty frame but yet possesed great speed which made him a tricky forward to defend against. He won the FA Cup with Wanderers in 1872 and 1873 and was a fianlist twice with Old Etonians. A brewer by trade with the firm Combe and Delafield whch was incorporated with Watneys in 1898. He died whilst visitng Belgium on business.
